Ken and I worked closely collaborating on multiple projects within our Revenue Operations team. Ken is extremely innovative in his enablement methodologies which promoted great adoption from all teams. Which in my opinion, is the "silver bullet" for an outstanding business partner. He used to support my team directly and ever since he moved on to bigger things for the company, my team continues to request for him to deliver training. He has mastered the art of delivery for them; it is relevant, funny, challenging and actionable. His eye for reading the audience and pivoting is top notch and he is able to teach it! Even outside of his direct position you will find him providing (solicited) constructive feedback to myself and other leaders around delivery of presentations and executive meetings. He is a diamond in the rough and rare to come by. I will be submitting him for one of the first people to be cloned when the technology arrives.
